Fall Into Your Center – Fall Equinox Celebration at Philippe Park

Come join us in celebrating the Fall Equinox – when the day and night stand in perfect balance and the sun sets exactly 12 hours after it rises. Entering into the fall and holiday season the nights will become longer than our days, let us embrace our self love together.

• Coffee and a light breakfast followed by Beach yoga at 9:30 AM
• Paddle Board Yoga
• Crafting
• Meditation / Journaling with music and
